Billing & plans
What you are buying, how checkout works, and what happens at renewal β with no surprises. The live prices and limits are always on the pricing page and in your console's Billing tab.
Lines and products β what you actually buy
BotForge is sold as three product lines β Startup, Professional, Enterprise β and each line contains three products. You always subscribe to a product, never to a line: the product sets your usage limits (bots, subscribers, messages, seats), while the line sets the platform features (analytics retention, API access, SSO, support level). Nine products in total.

This table is rendered from the live catalog your platform operator configures β it can never disagree with the pricing page.
Checkout
Every purchase goes through the checkout page. It shows exactly what you are buying β product, interval (monthly or annual), any discount, and the total β and the figure you see is the figure the payment provider is asked to take. Prices are authored in USD; if your console is set to another currency, amounts are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate for display only β you are always billed in USD unless your operator states otherwise.
You need a verified email address before paying: checkout asks you to confirm your address first, so receipts and dunning notices always reach a real inbox.
Available payment methods depend on what the platform operator has enabled β typically card, crypto, and offline bank transfer. Offline orders are confirmed by the operator after your transfer is received; the order stays visible on your Billing page with its instructions until then.
Promo codes and welcome offers
Promo codes apply a percentage or fixed discount at checkout. The platform may run a welcome offer for first-time buyers β if you are eligible, the code is filled into the promo box automatically. It is just a suggestion: remove it and apply your own code if you have a better one.
A code's rules decide how often it works: once in total, once per user, or unlimited. Codes that have expired or reached their limit are rejected with the reason shown inline.
Invoices and receipts
Every charge produces an invoice listed on your Billing page with its number, issue date, amount, and status (paid, open, past due, refunded, or void), plus a PDF download. Invoices are emailed to the workspace owner's address on file. If a card payment fails, the invoice moves to past due and dunning notices ask the owner to update the payment method.
Trials, renewals, and cancellation
Trials. Some lines include a free trial on card payments (for example the Enterprise line's 30 days). The trial is exactly that β the first charge happens only when it ends. Crypto and offline methods charge in full immediately; the checkout page always says which applies.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew for the interval you chose β but BotForge never silently auto-charges your card at term end without the order you approved. When a term approaches its end you receive a renewal reminder email with a one-click link to pay for the next period; if you do nothing, the workspace simply moves to the free Starter product when the paid term lapses.
Cancellation. Cancel any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; your paid limits stay until the period you already paid for ends, then the workspace drops to the free product. Switching to the free product while a card subscription is active requires cancelling that subscription first β the Billing page walks you through it.
Complimentary memberships. Platform staff can grant a paid product for a fixed number of days or until a set date (for example as a competition prize). These show as Complimentary β granted by platform staff with their end date; nothing is ever charged for them.
The free product and add-ons
Every workspace starts on the free Starter product β one bot, with the subscriber, message, and seat limits shown in the table above. If you hit a limit, the console shows the meter that is full and the upgrade path. Extra seats, bots, or message allowance can be added to paid products as add-ons; the Billing page's usage meters always reflect the product limits plus any add-ons you have purchased.
